Have you heard the song 'Bad Romance' from Lady Gaga, an unique singer that always came out with sorts of unique dress up...think i'm right about that...
In order to fine the values behind this song, i suggest all of you to see the song's video clip.
For me the lyrics " I want your ugly, I want your disease, I want your everything, As long as it's free, I want your love" showed us the values of aesthetic, that is the values that values their belonging. She didn't care as long as she got the guy. Might be psycho till willing to accept the bad side of the guy. The most important is she got the loved.
As long as for the singer herself, she mights posses social values. Since she is an artist, she have a strong interest in fashion. Just look at her dresses in the clip, she have variety of dress-up style.
Meanwhile, as for the writer himself, he mights made the song in order to gain lots of profit. He mights see the profit that he can be gain from every single lyrics that are easy to remember. The clip also values the religion when she showed the religious sign in the beginning of the clip.

whats up everyone! so we had try our best to evaluate the bad romance song..first of all, from the lyrics we found that:
# based on lady gaga's experience, this song about a bad romance (cam satu hubungan yg teruk la), for example the feeling in love with adopted brother or anyone adopted.
#lady gaga had the aesthetic values which is an artist naturally values beauty. so we think that she expose her beauty through this song and also her video clip.
positive side:
# from the lyrics it show that she consistent with her love eventhough she had trough a bad romance

negative side:
# this song and video clip influence one's perceptions, especially the islam followers. it showing a lot of sex and "pemujaan kepala kambing".

Usually every video produces by entertainer carries value or message behind it. The value can be about world's current event , current situation , entertainer's opinion and else. Bad romance's video by pop star singer lady gaga also has its own value which is interesting for us to observe.

The first 30 seconds of the video, we can see a modern, high-tech coffin with anti-Christ symbol on it. Then the video continues with Lady gaga deprived of her senses but her eyes, her ears and her nose are covered. when she got on her feet, she looks like a prisoner or slaves that have been controlled by "somebody".

Then she took shower in a bath tub with her innocent eyes. At 1.40, there were 2 girls forced her to drink alcohol ( I supposed ) and she refused it at first but then she gave up she drank it.

After she drank that water, she's been presented as a sex slave to a group of man wearing mask. who are these men? why are them wearing mask? is it just for the sake of gaga's fashion?

Then Gaga start dancing while the rest of the ' mysterious ' men start to bid her.

Based on lady gaga background, we think there are several values which are positive & negative.

1. Positive :
- Brave to show her identity.
- Creative because she can be a singer and composer.
- Have a strong commitment because she start from
underground.

2. Negative :
- Influence teenagers to follow their style and fashion.
- Her songs show bad attitude such as sex and extremely
believe to evil based on their lyric on bad romance
( ra mean God of Sun according to ancient god worship).
